Our Transition From The Public School to Home School

This is my sweet girl.   She was in the middle of her third grade year when we made the decision to homeschool.   We had been batting the idea around for close to a year, so it wasn't a foreign concept to her.  I think she was quite excited to come home.... it was mom that had the bigger fears!

A Day of Diving - Playing With Photobucket

I may be behind the times when it comes to photo editing, etc...  I used to scrapbook constantly, but now blogging is my choice of documenting our memories.    My good friend, Theresa, wrote a great tutorial on how to make a Photobucket collage.   I followed her instructions today and I came up with this great masterpiece - ha! 


We spent the afternoon practicing swimming and diving skills.   I have one child who loves to float on the raft and chat with others in the pool (this would be my daughter) and one child who is a daredevil and doesn't stop for a second while we're in the water (this would be GMan!).   


The photos were taken with my iPhone 4, but who thinks I need a better camera?  Anyone?  I REALLY think I do!!!
