Slow Cooker Italian Tortellini Stew

 Eating healthy has been our top priority in 2013.

{Do you know I've lost 16 lbs. since Jan. 1?} 

Encouraging my kids to try new foods, particularly vegetables, has also been a top priority.

Healthy Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

 

Each morning I have my Shakeology for breakfast.  

I have turned around our family's eating habits slowly in the past two months, and I can TELL A DIFFERENCE!    

We are looking better, feeling better, and just happier and more energetic.   We aren't eating junk and it feels so good.

Healthy Chicken Nuggets - With An Unlikely Ingredient

 

If I told you to get your pickle juice and prepare to make chicken nuggets, you might think I was crazy.

That, however, is one of the key ingredients in our new favorite recipe.
